The Actinides 2021 International Conference provides a forum for discussion and exchange on current research on the science and technology of the actinide and transactinide elements. The conference provides fundamental scientific knowledge and addresses many important practical issues.

At the General Assembly 2021 a new version of the EURADOS Constitution was approved. Together with the Constitution, three related documents were also approved: the Rules of Procedure, the Code of Ethics and the Code for the Management of Conflicts of Interest (CoI). These four documents have now been adopted and are in effect.

The Constitution contains the set of regulations which govern the conduct of the European Radiation Dosimetry Group e.V. as a German registered association and non-profit organisation.

EURADOS Code for the Management of Conflicts of Interest (CoI)
EURADOS has adopted the Code for the Management of the Conflicts of Interest on the basis of §14 of the EURADOS Constitution. The Conflict of Interest (CoI) Code is intended to help ensure that, when CoI arises, EURADOS has a process in place under which the affected individual will be advised of all the relevant facts concerning the CoI and how EURADOS will address it.

The Low-Level Radioactivity Measurement Techniques (LLRMT) 2022 Conferenceis a five-day topical meeting of the International Committee for Radionuclide Metrology (ICRM). INFN-LNGS is pleased to host the conferenceat the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso, Assergi, May 02-06, 2022.The ICRM working group for Low-Level Measurements Techniques (LLMT) examines techniques to enable the detection of ever lower amounts of radioactivity. This enables for example collecting smaller samples and realising new applications involving radionuclides. The working group focuses on metrology and the latest developments in a variety of areas, including measurement of environmental radioactivity, radionuclides in food and drinking water, reference materials characterisation, tracer studies and nuclear physics research. It is planned to publish the conference proceedings in a refereed scientific journal. The conference brings together 130-150 worldwide experts for presentationsand discussion covering the techniques, applications and data in the fieldof low-level radioactivity measurement. It will be the first time that aconference in this series will be hosted in the Italy.

The aim of the conference is to review and discuss recent achievements in radioecology, environmental radioactivity and related disciplines, as wellas to promote continued development in these subjects in order to improve the radiological protection of humans and the environment. The International Conference on Radioecology and Environmental Radioactivity 2022 will cover the acquisition of basic scientific knowledge in research dedicated to human and biota exposure situations for a wide range of radioactive sources (anthropogenic and naturally occurring radionuclides),as well as identifying new societal needs along with technical requirements for regulators and industry. The conference scope is large covering environmental monitoring and field work, radiation effects studies, advances in analytical methods/metrology as well as model development and validation. The latest updates on integrated and graded approaches for human and environmental radiological risk assessment will be of interest as will results from research programmes on the environmental consequences of the Fukushima Daiichi and Chernobyl accidents. Design of appropriate emergency preparedness routines will be another focus area, along with developments regarding laws and regulationsthat protect man and ecosystems from the effects of ionising radiation. The Conference will be the Fifth International Conference on Radioecology and Environmental Radioactivity building on the success of the previous events. These conferences have generally been held every 3rd year, to review and discuss recent achievements in environmental radioactivity and related disciplines. The conference theme is “Extremes of the Nuclear Landscape” and it is a forum for reviewing progress in theory and experiment at the forefront of nuclear research. This time a special attention will be given to the structure of exotic, unstable nuclei. We will also focus on collective excitations of the nuclear matter. Furthermore, the nuclear physics context of astrophysical processes will be widely discussed. An important part of the Conference will be devoted to presentations of newest achievements in the nuclear structure and reactions investigations and their influence on other disciplines. Noticeable discoveries in these areas are closely linked to the ongoing development of experimental facilities and detectors, which is among the conferences topics. The aim of the Conference is also to increase the mutual communication of physicists representing various areas of nuclear physics and to create opportunities for intense interaction between graduate students, young researchers and senior scientists.

The German Conference of Women in Physics (Deutsche Physikerinnentagung), taking place annually since 1997, is supported by the German Physical Society (Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft DPG) and by its Working Group on Equal Opportunities (AKC). This year's conference will be hosted by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). The conference o ffers female physicists of different areas and at different career levels - from student to professor as well as physicists in industry - the possibility for networking and professional exchange. The program of the conference covers scientific talks from different areas of physics with special focus on the research performed at KIT, the presentation of professional perspectives for physicists, school and didactic events as well as events on topics like equal opportunity, work-life balance, or career management. The scientific program will consist of keynote talks and a selection of registered talks. If you are interested in giving a talk (oral or in a poster session) you will have the possibility to send an abstract once the registration will be open. The talks will be selected by the scientific organization committee. You will also have the possibility to register for various workshops and events in due time. The conference will take place in person (if the then current Covid rules allow for it). A good part of the program will also be broadcasted online. - Should it turn out that Covid rules will not allow for an in person format in November we will switch to the online format. The majority of the talks and events will be in English (details will be given in due time).

The closure and decommissioning of nuclear power plants, particularly power reactors, present high demands regarding planning and authorization to all parties involved. In the ongoing decade several nuclear power plants will be shut down due to their operating life and political decisions, not only in Europe, but also worldwide. As a result, optimized decommissioning strategies will need to be well-coordinated among all participants. The ICOND focuses on the relevant legal parameters in Germany and compares decommissioning strategies worldwide. This includes roles of authorization, financial planning, and change management in the transition from nuclear power plant to decommissioned project. Furthermore the different options for interim storage and disposal of radioactive waste are discussed. ICOND addresses operators of nuclear plants and companies who are working on the planning, implementation and supervision of decommissioning projects; authorities and technical experts whose focus includes the approval and supervisions procedure of decommissioning projects; and research institutions, which are responsible for the dismantling of research reactors and the storage and/or disposal of radioactive hazardous waste. ICOND will enable participants to proficiently discuss the challenges of the decommissioning of nuclear plants in a practical way, and to define optimal planning variants for decommissioning implementation. Simultaneous translation (German/English) will be available.

EuNPC2022 is the fifth European Nuclear Physics Conference, organized by the Nuclear Physics Division of the European Physical Society, the Nuclear Physics Group of the Real Sociedad Española de Física and the Instituto Galego de Física de Altas Enerxías of Santiago de Compostela University. The 9th Asian Triangle Heavy-Ion Conference (ATHIC 2023) will be held in Hiroshima, Japan, from Monday 24th through Thursday 27th of April, 2023. ATHIC 2023 inherits the tradition of the previous conferences held first in Seoul in 2006 and continued in China, India, Japan, and South Korea. Many physicists from Asian countries have been actively working on both experimental and theoretical sides of heavy-ion collisions. ATHIC brings them together to discuss various exciting aspects of this field. We hope to have fruitful discussions among the participants and develop new ideas to press us forward in further understanding of hot and dense QCD matter. The conference will also provide an excellent opportunity to summarize what we have learned at RHIC and LHC.

The fourth International Conference on Advances in Radioactive Isotope Science (ARIS) will be held in France's beautiful city of Avignon from 4-9 June 2023. ARIS is the flagship conference for rare isotope science, born from a merger of the international conferences ‘Exotic Nuclei and Atomic Masses (ENAM)’ and ‘Radioactive Nuclear Beams (RNB)’. 17th International Workshop on Meson Physics; 22nd - 27th June 2023; KRAKÓW, POLAND. The Institute of Physics of Jagiellonian University, Forschungszentrum Jülich, INFN-LNF Frascati and Institute of Nuclear Physics PAS Cracow are organizing a biennial workshop to establish closer contacts between experimentalists and theorists involved in the studies of meson production, properties and interaction. The workshop will cover lectures on both experimental and theoretical aspects, in particular the presentation of new results. The intention is to provide an overview of the present status in these fields, as well as of new developments, and a preview of the forthcoming investigations. This workshop - the seventeenth of the series - will maintain the tradition of the workshops organized since 1991 at Cracow.

The 2023 International Conference on Proton-Emitting Nuclei (PROCON2023) is the 7th in a series of conferences which aim is to review recent experimental and theoretical progress on the properties of proton-rich nuclei. The conference will be held in Warsaw, Poland, on the campus of the University of Warsaw. The PROCON conference series started in Oak Ridge (1999) and the following meetings were organized in Legnaro (2003), Lisbon (2007), Bordeaux (2011) , Lanzhou (2015), and East Lansing (2019).

The 17th International Symposium on Capture Gamma-Ray Spectroscopy and Related Topics, CGS17 is the seventeenth in the CGS conference series. It takes place at Minatec in Grenoble. The symposium will continue the general themes of the series with special emphasis on gamma-ray spectroscopy.
